Panda Miracles is a recruitment company established in 2004. It expanded throughout the years from a small family run business to a high standard recruitment solution for huge number of families and nursery settings in the South east of England: Greater London, Essex, Kent, Surrey, Hertfordshire and Sussex. Panda Miracles provides high calibre nannies, qualified nursery nurses and domestic helpers at affordable price.
We intend to stay on the small side of the recruitment business in order to keep our prices on the low side. Panda Miracles provides high standard professional service at the lowest cost in London and the South East.
We believe that every family deserves professional child care or housekeeping help at a price that is not sky high. Small child care providers (small private nursery settings) deserve the chance to get temporary daily cover/holiday cover or permanent workers at a cost that is actually affordable.
Panda Miracles offers payment plans to the families or businesses in need: Agency (Placement) fee evenly spread and payable over 2 -6 months-period

We provide daily nannies (live in, live out), night nannies, maternity nurses, mothers’ helpers, Au Pairs, housekeepers, Babysitters and all nursery workers. Panda Miracles is also working with Ofsted registered nannies and self-employed child carers/domestic helpers.
We have got 100s candidates in our database carefully screened before registered, with minimum of 3 references verbally checked or confirmed in writing. All potential candidates are personally interviewed and any gaps in their CVs explored
They are fully qualified with either UK childcare qualifications or overseas recognized qualifications. Huge numbers of our candidates are also mothers with minimum of 2 years working childcare experience.
We encourage all applicants with no formal qualifications or First Aid certificates to get qualified and hold one up to date First Aid Certificate. All candidates on our register have the right to work in the UK. Some of them also hold an enhanced CRB check.
