Our Agency fee became even more flexible: in order to accommodate every family’s needs and to allow smooth transition for parents going back to work or enjoy quiet evenings at home, we would listen carefully to you and provide you with a choice of different options:

* Affordable agency fee: Offering payment plans for the families or businesses in need: Agency (Placement) fee evenly spread and payable over 2 -6 months-period (no interest)

* Fair wage according to the candidate’s qualifications and experience: (Mother’s Help/Nanny Junior/Experienced Nannies (1-2 years child care experience): £7-8.00/hour net; Experienced Nannies/Qualified and Experienced Nannies with min of 2 years childcare experience in the UK; Child care qualification (or UK recognized child care qualification), confident driver (own car) and etc : £9-12/hour net

* Getting more and more Ofsted registered nannies on board (Families are also required to contribute to the nanny’s investment if registering with Ofsted on their request)

* Providing more and more live in help: Nannies, Mother’s help, Au Pairs, Nanny-Housekeeper, Housekeepers as a cheaper option and alternative way to help each family in need

* Mother’s help live in: from £170/week net for 40 hours per week; Mother’s Help live out: from £7.00/hour net
