Panda Miracles provides Live in Nannies and Housekeepers in London, Hertfordshire, Essex, Kent, Surrey, East Sussex
Occasionally we can take orders outside these areas as well.
Live in Nanny-Housekeeper and Live in Housekeepers:

• Their age is 22 + years old with no upper limit.
• It is most likely you can get to interview candidates in their mid 20s to early 30s and mid 40s to mid 50s.
• Candidates applying for these jobs vary in experience, age, culture, nationality, spoken level of the English language and etc.

Nanny live in can be an experienced Au pair (min of 2 years experience as an Au Pair) and either has some other previous child care experience or has a suitable child care qualification.
You can compromise on the Nanny’s experience (not recommended for children under 3yo) if kids are at school and she does the school run and has mostly housekeeping duties during the day.
The Nanny live in can be qualified, experienced, driver, CRB checked and First Aid is a must (Panda Miracles can arrange that prior to the engagement date)

Nanny-Housekeeper is a suitable option for a family with school age children, so the housekeeping duties can take place during the school hours. She must have previous child care and housekeeping experience, might have suitable child care qualification and hold driving license.

The Housekeeper live in has previous professional housekeeping experience of at least 1 ½ years as a domestic cleaner, chambermaid, housekeeper and etc. She does not normally have previous child care experience and it is not necessary to have a driving license. The Housekeeper’s duties do not involve school run, feeding children and babysitting, but could be entrusted with some appropriate duties depending on their experience in the past. The Housekeeper live in/out speaks good English and understands well, will follow perfectly instructions from a list if needed; has references from previous employers in the UK and can be eventually entrusted with more duties like organising the smooth run of the household, dealing with other members of the household staff: nanny, gardener, handyman, driver and etc.

Working hours for all Nanny live in positions:

• 7-7.30am – 7-7.30pm with 1-2 hours mid day break, Monday to Friday (Saturday till 12pm if agreed), 1-2 evenings babysitting (1/month if agreed on 1 evening babysitting to be on the weekend).
• Their salaries are in the region of: £220-350 net (excl London) and depending on experience or £230 to £450 net if in London area, they have to be employed and suitable payroll arrangements to be made for their Tax and NIN, employment contract has be signed and annual paid holiday arranged.

Living and working conditions:

• When you place your order with us and before you make a job offer we recommend that you provide the agent with some photos of your family, of the bedroom and bathroom you provide the Nanny/Housekeeper with and a short description of the job and living conditions you offer.
• It is also recommended that you make the job offer officially in writing (with a detailed job description, duties required, working days, days off, working hours and salary net per week you offer in order to prevent any misunderstandings before you sign the employment contract).

Panda Miracles will require a written confirmation that the job is accepted before the actual contract takes place especially if there is more than a week time before the job commences.
